Owner and executive chef Tyson Cole has created a sensational menu of Japanese fusion dishes that feature the most fresh fish you will ever taste! Without fail, the unique combination of flavors never ceases to amaze the palate. My personal favorite dish is the Machi Cure. This dish is a maplewood-smoked baby yellowtail with yucca chips, asian pear, marcona almonds, garlic brittle, and golden raisins. Just thinking about it my mouth starts to water.
